A Marine’s widow has a new wheel chair ramp, thanks to another Marine who called 12 to help her.
George Van Orden died after, police say, a man crashed into Van Orden’s car during a high-speed chase. Van Orden’s wife, Marina, was also in the car. She suffered serious injuries that left her in a wheelchair, for now.
The couple’s two-story home makes it difficult for her to get around in a wheel chair.
